My idea - concept
By aggregating different approaches of recruitment from the experiences I had working in international environments with different:
- business focus
- cultures
- methodology
- tools
etc, I want to build a solution on how to apply social media to recruitment.

I'll develop guidelines and best practices, offer you tips&tricks and reveal the "dark side" of the industry in simple words.

To whom?
This bounds for:
Job seeker: to find their dream position,
- Employer: to find the talented professional
- Recruiter: to find a different approach of their job, more interesting and rewarding.

What?
It will consist in a platform delivering services:
- Personal experience: myBlog
- Informative and educative: a panel of topics related to recruitment
- Teaching how to get into it: guidance, e-learning and tips&tricks.

Welcome to my Blog!

Welcome to ..
Social Media are slightly making their revolution in our lives. It opens us up on the fabulous world of Web 3.0 like a “Pandora's box”. This communication portal, offers us the access to a broad range of ways to share, express ourselves, collaborate, make our self-promotion…

Until now, the information was more static with a limited interaction. By the emerging of social media it’s a whole new way of communication that takes place. The dynamic of the web is moving: networks are animating, people are promoting themselves like a brand, the smart phones enable us to stay connected with the world whenever, wherever.

This has a quiet but deep impact on many aspects of our world and life.

..a new world
We are living a great period of change in our world. Globalisation supported by innovative technologies, brings a new dimension to the economy,  our industry, our environment and life.

Technology, by bringing new capacities, also makes it more complex

Change, by offering new opportunities also push us to stay on trends and continuously evolve. To follow the flow, we’d rather keep an open mind on a broad range of information and viewpoints through a diverse knowledge.

..and a new life
Since our personal life is shared and exposed, we now have to manage our “image” as a brand. This brings the notion of “marketing” into our private life.

Portals of communication like blogs, forums, enable us to share our point of view to a broad audience and animate a community. A simple hobby can then turn into a profitable business!

Networking comes out of the private circle to be shared in events, offering more possibilities of connection with people. That intensifies our involvement and makes it even more powerful, enhancing business!
