With a Master’s Degree in Business on top of a Bachelor’s in Science, I dedicated my 8 year career to Recruitment/Contract/Interim, specializing in IT.

Originally from the Caribbean, I have an international experience working with the major worldwide agencies such as Hays and Randstad in Paris, Guadeloupe (FWI), UK and now Australia.

At every undertaking I hooked the challenge to create and establish a new business. Adept at launching new activities and division, I thrive at working as an Intrapreneur with sole responsibility for the business development and leveraging off the market to create an innovative solution that brings an effective and true value to the people.

My approach is based on networking with Social Media to build, develop and maintain strong and lasting win-win relationships.

I achieve it by working hard with determination with a great sense of service and delivery. And it’s worth the endeavour when rewarded by the success of a profitable new desk and, most of all, the recognition of my candidates and clients for a great fit!
